Below is our policy regarding the natural variations in wood, returns, product defects, and damaged items. This applies to orders that are standard, and not custom.

All products are handmade, and as such will have unique & expected variations. Wood is a product that is dependent on nature and will have differences in grain, knots, color, tone, and textures. Each wood species is similar, but no two trees are the same. This will result in a broad array of variations. As we do not control these variations, they do not qualify as a defect or damage to the product.

Should you have any preferences for the look or grain of a particular species of wood, please reach out prior to placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate this request, and are excited to help you create a product.

Any and all damages must be documented and communicated upon receipt of goods.

No returns on custom items, including custom measurements, and wood species

We will cover return shipping if the product is defective

Returns, replacements, and refunds are at our discretion. Once we are in receipt of the returned product, we will notify you of acceptance or rejection of a refund or replacement.

 All sales are final with the above exceptions and at our discretion.
